Danielle Stone is a compassionate and dedicated therapist for individuals, specializing in reproductive, perinatal, and maternal mental health. With her certification as a perinatal mental health specialist and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Danielle possesses a unique skill set to support individuals through their transformative journey from pre-conception to parenting.

As a mother of two young kids and married to her husband, whom she met at summer camp, Danielle brings a personal understanding of the challenges and joys that come with parenthood. It was through her own experiences that she realized the inequities and lack of support for hopeful and new parents, inspiring her to navigate into her current specialty work.

Danielle's expertise extends beyond perinatal mental health as she is also a certified Fair Play facilitator. This certification enables her to guide individuals and couples in navigating the complexities of relational imbalances, both physical and emotional. She is passionate about shedding light on the often-overlooked invisible labor that can lead to disconnection and burnout when left unaddressed.

Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to supporting mothers and new parents, Danielle founded The Life Workshop, Inc. This initiative aims to provide comprehensive support to individuals at every stage of their journey, particularly during pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting.

With Danielle's unwavering dedication, empathy, and expertise, she strives to empower individuals and couples to navigate the challenges of reproductive and perinatal mental health, fostering resilience, connection, and overall well-being.
