I am currently an MSW student, completing my advanced year internship. I have nearly 20 years of experience as a special education teacher. I specialized in adolescents with ADHD and behavioral issues. I am trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques. I work closely with adolescents and their parents and with school districts to support students academically and emotionally.

I currently hold perinatal specific training from Postpartum Support International (PSI) having completed their Components of Care training (14 hours of extensive perinatal specific information) as well as Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy (a further 6 hour training that provides explicit hands-on training for clinically practicing professionals in perinatal mental health). I am now working toward my certification in perinatal mental health as well.

I am beginning my journey working in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I have lived experience with fertility challenges, as well as with raising a family. I live with my husband and two non-binary children in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. In my free time, I like to bake, read, and listen to music.
