Cassidee McDonnell, MSW LMSW

Hi, I’m Cassidee and I hold my Masters degree in Social Work received at Springfield College. I’ve completed a year long intensive internship in full spectrum reproductive mental health and I hold foundational training through Postpartum Support International. This has equipped me with specialized knowledge to serve individuals navigating the reproductive period with specific subspecialty concentrations in parenting children with exceptional needs, NICU & medically complex babies, couples work, and identity affirming care. In addition to reproductive mental health, I work well with and enjoy serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, identifying as neurodiverse, young adults, and those experiencing life transitions.

I believe in each person’s capacity for growth and healing and am here to offer a grounded, compassionate presence as you move toward the life you want and deserve. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions and challenges. I bring a diverse background that includes advocacy and policy work, adolescent education, and clinical experience with individuals, couples, and families. I’ve worked in school-based settings, provided case management, engaged in policy and advocacy work, and supported individuals living with intellectual disabilities and severe and persistent mental illness.
