Hi, I’m Maris Martis. I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern with specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. My focus in therapy is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and encouraged as you navigate life’s challenges.

In addition to counseling, I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor with several years of experience helping parents through their feeding journeys. I love blending this experience with my counseling work to offer care that supports both emotional wellbeing and the practical realities of parenting.

I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and it’s important to me that clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language that feels most natural to them.
