Currently in my final year of graduate school, I am an MSW student intern specializing in perinatal mental health, a subject that I am most passionate about! I have tailored my degree program around topics of mother-infant attachment, perinatal mood and anxiety disorder (PMAD) diagnosis and treatment, and the social determinants of health.

I have over 7 years of experience working with clients of all ages and across various mental health treatment modalities. I fell in love with the perinatal social work profession when working at a maternal mental health program in Los Angeles, CA, and have since focused my career aspirations toward helping this vulnerable population. At my current place of employment, I am a recovery support navigator for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders (SUDs), finding the community resources and services they need to be the best mamas they can be. I am so proud of the work my team and I do!

As part of my educational journey, I have completed the Postpartum Support International (PSI) Components of Care training, an evidence-based curriculum focused on the assessment and treatment of perinatal mood disorders. After graduation, I intend to begin working toward my perinatal mental health certification (PMH-C).

My husband and I have been married for about a year, living in Western Massachusetts with our 3 cats and eager to start a family of our own! For self-care, I enjoy crocheting, going for long drives, and spending time with family.

I can’t wait to meet you and start this beautiful journey together!
