Supporting individuals through life’s transitions has been at the heart of my work for over 7 years. My experience with clients of all ages and across various mental health modalities guides me in providing well-rounded, compassionate care.
I first fell in love with the perinatal field while working at a maternal mental health program in Los Angeles, CA. Witnessing the unique challenges and resilience of parents during this season of life inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting individuals and families through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

As part of my professional journey, I completed the Postpartum Support International (PSI) Components of Care training, an evidence-based curriculum focused on the assessment and treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I am also planning to pursue the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) in the coming months to further strengthen my expertise in this field.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique story. Above all, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel understood, find balance, and move through challenges with greater resilience and self-compassion.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on this meaningful journey.
