Hello! I am Kaitlyn Johnson, practicing in Massachusetts and Connecticut. My approach to social work is deeply informed by a trauma lens, guiding individuals through life's challenges with resilience and strength.

Trained in the Circle of Security framework, I specialize in fostering secure attachments and nurturing relationships. My practice is grounded in strengths-based and person-centered techniques, empowering clients to recognize their inherent abilities and realize their full potential. I hold specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International as well as subspecialty training on perinatal loss and trauma.

Through compassionate listening and empathetic understanding, I accompany clients on a journey of self-discovery and growth, helping them overcome obstacles and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
